Attending Appointments - Paying for Appointments

So we have been watching the trends when it comes to appointments. We have been very blessed by our brides and customers in that most of them have either held their appointments or have let us know 24 hours in advance of their appointment that they no longer need it.

However, nationally boutiques are not seeing this. It is more a fact that appointments are not being held and when the boutique reaches out there is no response. 

All we ask for is that you let us know you are not holding your appointment. We don't ask why. Since so many are not showing up, stores have gone to charging for appointments. We have been holding off following this trend, however, we have been ghosted enough now that we will be thinking hard on this. 

Since we are by appointments only, we set aside your time just for you and when you don't show up or even respond to messages or calls it is just not right. This time could have been given to another bride or even help us balance life/work. Especially since we work a full-time job in addition to owning our store. We love what we do and working with our customers, but please be kind and considerate. This is all that we are asking.
